Update your phone number
You can do this online
- Our app is the simplest way to change your phone number.
- It can be done in just a few short steps.
- It gives you an extra layer of security when you shop or bank online.
How to do it
We'll take it step by step.

- Log in and select Your profile in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select Change your contact details under Your personal details.
- Select Change phone number under Your contact details.
- From here, you can add and update all of your phone numbers. You will need to re-enter your password to confirm that it is you.
- The change will take place immediately. Or you will be asked to call us, or go into your local branch, or you will be sent an OPT via post to make the change.
- Once this is done, you'll see the change next time you log in or after 48hrs.
- Log in and select the Profile and settings icon in the top right corner.
- Select Edit next to your mobile details and then follow the on-screen commands. You will be asked to enter your password to confirm it's you.
- The change will take place immediately. Or you will be asked to call us, or go into your local branch, or you will be sent an OPT via post to make the change.
- Once this is done, you'll see the change next time you log in or after 48hrs.
