How our services are looking

 

Mobile banking app

We’re working on our mobile banking app on the dates shown below.

Friday 5 September 1am to 6am.

During this time, won't be able to:

  • make credit card payments in our mobile banking app
  • make balance transfers
  • service your credit cards
  • view your credit card details, transactions, statements or balances
  • view your credit card balances via open banking
  • view PDFs in your digital inbox.


Saturday 6 September 12:30am to 4am.

During this time, you won't be able to send money outside the UK or in a foreign currency.


Sunday 7 September 1am to 5am.

During this time, won't be able to:

  • make transfers between accounts, pay bills or make UK payments​
  • set up new payments, change or cancel existing payments​
  • set up, change or cancel standing orders or direct debits
  • apply for new accounts or upgrade existing accounts
  • apply for a new overdraft facility or amend an existing one​
  • order travel money​.
