You can do this online
- The fastest way to obtain your statement is by downloading them directly onto your phone using our mobile banking app.
- Use Internet Banking to download, save and print statements from the past 7 years.
- Request a paper statement to be sent in the post – you’ll get it within 10 working days.
If you have a credit card you will have to request a PDF statement, you can do this via our online chat.
How to do it
We'll take it step by step.

- Log in and go to your account page, select Statement options.
- Next, select to print, download, or order a paper copy for the last 7 years.
- For paper copies, please remember it can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
- Log in and go to your account menu.
- Select the three dot account menu.
- Select Download or print statement to save or print.
- For paper copies, select Order paper statements.
