Accessing your packaged bank account benefits

At Bank of Scotland we are always looking for new ways to improve our products and services.

If you have one of our packaged bank accounts and use Internet Banking, you can already access most of your packaged bank account benefits information in one place - at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are making it even easier to manage your account benefits

We have introduced a new ‘single sign on’ feature. This will make it easier for you to manage the following packaged bank account benefits via the third party providers website and Internet Banking:

  • Mobile Phone Insurance
  • Travel Insurance
  • AA Breakdown Family Cover
     

Ways you can access your benefits

You can access your packaged bank account benefits, view policy details and make a claim in the app and via Internet Banking.

  • Step one

    Open your mobile app and sign in. On your Packaged Bank Account, click on the three dots

    Step two

    Scroll down to click on View account benefits

    Scan the QR code to download the app

  • Step one

    Log in to your Internet Banking and next to your Packaged Bank account click More actions

    Step two

    Click on Account Information and Benefits and then scroll down to View account benefits

    Ready to log on?

    When you log on, we’ll ask for:

    • your User ID
    • your password
    • part of your memorable information

    If you don’t know these or they aren’t working, you can reset them online.
