This article explains:

  • Why this is happening

What is the retail share offer?

This offer will give individual investors an opportunity to buy NatWest shares, potentially at a discounted price. You may be able to buy direct, or through an appointed company.

Why is this happening?

When will the offer be available?

No date has been announced at this time, but it’s likely that the offer will be open this summer, subject to market conditions.

We expect the offer to be released with little notice, and a limited period of availability.

How to get involved.

Full details are yet to be released. We expect these will include:

  • Purchase eligibility.
  • Purchase costs and limits.
