If you have reported your debit card as lost or stolen you can view your card details in the app the following day.
If you have mobile notifications switched on, you will get an alert when your card details are ready to view. You can open this notification to view your new card details in the app.
If you're not already registered, you can also use this to manually register for Apple Pay or Google Pay.
When you can view your credit card details in the app depends on when you reported your card as lost or stolen:
If you have ordered a replacement debit card, your card details can be seen in the app the following day.
If you have ordered a replacement card, you can continue to view your existing card details in the app and use them to make purchases online or over the phone.
If your debit card is due for renewal, your new card details will be available in the app up to 30 days before the expiry date.
If your credit card is due for renewal, your new card details will be available in the app up to 60 days before the expiry date.
Apple Pay is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: Non-personal accounts, Visa credit cards, Electron cards, additional credit card holders and customers under 13 years of age. Available on iPhone 6/6+ and above, iPad with Touch ID and Apple Watch
Google Pay is not available on all debit cards, credit cards and accounts. Restrictions include: Electron cards, Visa credit cards and additional credit card holders, non-personal accounts, Basic Bank accounts and customers under 13 years. Google Pay app must be downloaded and is available on Android devices with contactless capability (NFC), running on the Android 4.4 KitKat Operating system or newer.
