Our Private Banking Telephone team makes it even more convenient to do your day-to-day banking.
You can call them whenever it suits you. They’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - including Bank Holidays.

Calls may be monitored and recorded to help us provide a higher level of service. Call charges may vary depending on your service provider.
Please note that although our lines are always open, not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day. There may be limits on payments you can make and we may not be able to start processing all payments instructed out of normal banking hours.
Some features of our Telephone Banking Service:
- Check your balance and recent transactions on your current and savings accounts
- Transfer money between your Bank of Scotland accounts
- Pay bills
- Make payments to other account holders
- Arrange international payments and order travel money.

Just call 0345 711 1111 (+44 131 278 3698 if calling from abroad) to register for our Private Banking Telephone Service. Lines are open 8am – 8pm, seven days a week.
Not all Telephone Banking services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We’ll send you a Welcome Pack with your personal Security Number. You’ll then be able to make full use of the service.
