Repayment Plans

Tell us your plans

Whether you're confident you can repay everything you owe or you're not sure you'll have enough, please let us know. It only takes a couple of minutes to tell us your plans or update us if there have been any changes.

If you'd prefer to discuss your plans, or if you have more than three separate plans, you can call us.

Before you start

Having the following information to hand will save you time:

  • Mortgage account number. If you're registered for online banking you can see your account number online, or on the statements and letters we send you.
  • The type of plan you'll be using to repay your interest only balance. For example savings, shares or sale of a property.
  • The date the money will be available and how much you expect it to be.
